The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle injury crash which occurred on State Route 138, south of Austin Road, at approximately 11:19pm, Monday.
A car driven by 26-year-old Antonio F. Turner of Frankfort, was traveling northbound on Route 138, when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch and an embankment.
Turner and one of his passengers, 25-year-old Robert Gravely of Frankfort were flown to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The other passenger in the vehicle, a one year-old child, was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center.
The Concord Township EMS and Fire Department, along with Union Township EMS, assisted at the scene.
