The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports a two vehicle injury crash that occurred on Pleasant Valley Road at approximately 8:45pm, Tuesday.
55-year-old Teresa J. Frankel of Chillicothe was driving northbound when she went left-of-center striking a vehicle head-on, driven by 38-year-old Timonthy L. Swackhammer of Chillicothe.
Frankel had four juvenile passengers in the vehicle at the time of crash. All six individuals involved in the crash were transported to the Adena Regional Medical Center by Scioto Township EMS for their injuries.
Frankel was transported to Grant Medical Center for further evaluation. One juvenile passenger was transported to Children’s Hospital for further evaluation.
