Youngsters throughout the Scioto Valley, including Chillicothe, will be having Trick-or-Treat tonight.
Chillicothe and many Ross County communities are conducting their Beggar's Night between 6pm-7:30pm today.
Local law enforcement officials are urging motorists to use caution where kids might be going door-to-door looking for candy. Parents are being asked to make sure their children are wearing costumes that provide a good line of sight for the kids to see through masks and not to have a costume that could cause them to trip or stumble.
