The Chillicothe Jaycees are accepting nominations for their annual Citizen of the Year Award.
Jaycees Internal Vice President, Jen Clark, says nominees can come from any aspect of the community, whether that be business, education, law enforcement, philanthropy, health, or local government.
"With the nominations for Jaycees' Citizen of the Year, we look for residents in the community who have demonstrated our motto, which is 'Service to humanity is the best work of life'," said Clark. "The nominations are due back to us by December the 1st. We usually announce the winner in January at our annual banquet."
"If you'd like to nominate a member of the community for the Jaycees Citizen of the Year, information on how to do so can be found on the Chillicothe Jaycees' Facebook page. You can also find a nomination form on the Jaycees' website: www.chillicothejaycees.org
