The IRS tax code reform package in Congress has a group of Ohio State University students upset. They staged a rally on the oval, Monday.
Rally organizer Sara Mueller is a PhD student in Psychics at Ohio State University and marched across the oval and is against the plan as students say any plans to tax tuition as income are non-starters.
Approximately 100 students participated in the rally.
