Fisher Pleads Not Guilty to Charges of Sexual Battery

As expected, former Chillicothe High School Principal, Jeff Fisher, has pleaded not guilty to seven counts of sexual battery against two former students.

Bond was set at $25,000. Fisher has also been ordered to stay away from the two alleged victims and other minors, except his own children.

Fisher was indicted by the Ross County Grand Jury in early November after allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him involving two former students.

Each of the seven counts levied against Fisher carry a potential prison sentence of up to 60 months.
