Ross County Common Pleas Judge Scott Nusbaum has announced his retirement.
Nusbaum was elected in November of 2006 following the retirement of Judge Nicholas Holmes.
The Chillicothe Gazette reports that Governor John Kasich will appoint a replacement to complete the remaining year of Nusbaum's term.
