The Ross County Grand Jury returned all 18 of their cases Friday, with only one open.
According to the Ross County Prosecutor's Office, a resident of State Route 41 north of Bainbridge photographed someone using a tool to enter their shed November 4th.
This led Sheriff's deputies to a nearby address where they found two men in the woods pushing a motorcycle...which had been stolen from Washington Court House.
Ty Erskine of 8724 State Route 41 admitted to the theft of the bike.
For indictments for breaking and entering and receiving stolen property, he could get up to 2 1/2 years and $7,500 in fines.
