Mike Gibbons, who is running for the U.S. Senate in Ohio, will be the guest speaker at this month's Chillicothe First Capital Tea Party meeting.
64-year-old Gibbons is a Cleveland area businessman who hopes to win the Republican nomination and unseat Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown. This is Gibbons' first time to seek an elected office.
The meeting, with a dinner, starts 7pm Monday, January 15th, at The Sunroom at the Brick at 113 E. High Street in Frankfort. It's open to the public.
The cost of the meal is $8, and reservations are due by 6pm Friday by calling Debbie McDonald at 740-773-6329.
