Snow and high winds were creating enough problems for motorists Friday night, that both Ross and Pike County Sheriff's issued Level 3 Snow Emergencies.
That level was lowered to a "2" for Ross County as of 11am Saturday, with Pike County following suit at 4:30pm Saturday.
The Winter Storm Warning was removed at 10am Saturday, where the region received anywhere from 3-6 inches of snow. Blowing and drifting snow have been one of the biggest problems for road crews, trying to keeps the roads clear. Friday night winds ranged from 30-40 miles per hour, but died down to more manageable levels for road crews early Saturday morning.
