The man accused of holding a ten-year-old southwest Ohio boy hostage for 30 hours is awaiting his day in court.
The sheriff's office says Donald Gazaway was charged yesterday with kidnapping, felonious assault and inducing panic.
Gazaway barricaded himself inside a Butler County apartment on Friday night, using the boy as a human shield until he surrendered yesterday morning.
