A young Pickaway County man, found guilty for a deadly shooting in Ashville last summer, has been sentenced to life in prison.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, Justin Blevins, 20, was sentenced by Pickaway County Common Pleas Judge, P. Randall Knece, on Wednesday.
Blevins was found guilty of fatally shooting 16-year-old Samuel Nicholson multiple times inside an Ashville Apartment over a drug debt of $700 in June of 2017. He was charged with Aggravated Murder and Felonious Assault.
Blevins will be eligible for parole in 37 years.
