A new job fair for veterans will take place in the Scioto Valley at the beginning March.
The inaugural edition of the "Veterans Job Fair" will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1st at the Chillicothe VA’s Building 9 Rec Hall.
The job fair is hosted by the Therapeutic and Supported Employment Service Program, which was established to assist Veterans to overcome barriers to employment. All veterans are invited to attend, especially those who are experiencing homelessness, have a skilled trade, or are in need of a second chance due to criminal background issues.
