Two Drug Busts Net 11 Arrests in Circleville

The Alliance of the Circleville Police Department, Pickaway County Sheriffs Office, Chillicothe Police Department, Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Circleville Probation conducted search warrants at 323 and 329 East Franklin Street in the City of Circleville, Thursday. Over 22 grams of crack cocaine and several types of prescription medications were seized along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia. 


The following people were charged in the incident:  

Jennifer Neal, 33 of Circleville – Permitting Drug Abuse, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments  

Tashalia May, 32 of Circleville - Permitting Drug Abuse, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments  

Nicholas Lee, 22 of Circleville - Permitting Drug Abuse, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments  

Kelly Lambert, 52 of Circleville – Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine  

Creston Gozy, 33 of Circleville - Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine  


The Alliance also conducted a warrant sweep of the city. The following people were arrested on outstanding warrants:  

Bradley Logan, 31 of Circleville – Warrant for Receiving Stolen Property  

Christina Kempton, 37 of Circleville – Warrant for Trafficking in Drugs  

Christina Jenkins, 37 of Circleville – Warrant for Possession of Drugs  

Scott Shadwick, 39 of Circleville – Warrant for Failure to Appear  

Christopher Jenkins, 32 of Circleville – Warrant for Child Support  

Alexis Swift, 19 of Circleville – Warrant Probation Violation
