Butler County Sheriff Wants More School Security

A Southwest Ohio sheriff is racheting up his pressure campaign on local school districts.

Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones tells the Butler County Journal-News that he will begin putting up billboards in some county school districts demanding that they beef up security in their buildings.

Jones is a big proponent of arming teachers, and has offered free concealed carry training for close to 300 school employees.

He has been urging citizens to attend local school board meetings and demand better security for their children.
