A maintenance project will take place on State Route 247 in Adams County this week, and the route will be reduced to one lane while crews are at work.
During the week of April 23rd, crews from the Adams County Highway Maintenance Facility will be slot paving S.R. 247 (Main Street) between S.R. 770 and S.R. 32 in the village of Seaman.
Crews will be working from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, and traffic will be maintained by flaggers during hours of operation.
Motorists may encounter intermittent periods of delay, especially at intersecting streets, and all work associated with the project is scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 27th.
