Chillicothe’s Carlisle Hill is getting a makeover.
City officials on Wednesday announced Carlisle will close for pavement repair starting at 7:00 a.m. this Thursday, April 26th from West Main Street to 5th Street.
The city engineer's office says the work will force an approximate three-day closure of Carlisle Hill.
