Workers Comp Fund Could Rebate $1.5 Billion To Employers

Ohio's insurance fund for injured workers is preparing to give one-point-five billion dollars back to companies. The one point five billion the state workers comp bureau is proposing to rebate will be divided up between companies, schools and local governments.

Sarah Morrison who is in charge at the BWC, says dividends from an investment portfolio makes it possible. She says "Our success is our customers success, and should be shared back to the companies who make a safe work place possible".

The rebate proposal will be voted on by the worker's comp board near the end of May.
