A Chillicothe man has been arrested on charges related to his suspected activity of selling heroin that led to some recent overdoses in the area. Three of those overdoses were in Chillicothe alone, and police think Benjamin Bower is responsible for selling the heroin that led to them.
Chillicothe Police Chief Keith Washburn says Bower has been arrested for tampering with evidence.
They think he sold fentanyl-laced heroin, which led to a spike in overdoses. Police say nobody died from OD'ing on the drugs in this case.
