A flour mill in Logan is merging with the Mennel Milling Company.
A news release from Mennel says it entered into an agreement to buy the Keynes Brothers company in Logan, in a deal to be finalized Tuesday.
The news release says Mennel is expanding its footprint in southern Ohio, and is acquiring grain elevators in Radnor, Jeffersonville and Atlanta, Ohio, as well as a fourth elevator in Kingston.
Mennel says it's working with Keynes to hire members of their team to fill about 50 area positions.
