Possible Twister in Western Ohio

(24/7 News)  --  National Weather Service officials are investigating a possible tornado touchdown in Miami County.

A Troy resident says a funnel cloud touched down in a farm field near State Route 718 and Greenlee Road last night, leveling a barn before disappearing.

Several trees were knocked down across the Miami Valley as the remnants of Alberto packed high winds and heavy rain.

High winds and heavy rains came through the Scioto Valley, with no indications of tornadoes, although a utility pole was knocked down on Stoutsville Pike in Pickaway County.
