There has been a development in a story iHeart Media News reported on earlier this week concerning the body of a female found in a wooded area- that Pike County Sheriff Charlie Reader mentioned on his Facebook post, Tuesday.
The body is that of 35-year-old Violet Rhoden Taylor, the cousin of the Rhoden Family members who were murdered two years ago. Taylor's body was recovered in the woods on Lapperell Road.
The find has been confirmed by both the Pike County Coroner and the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Officials are not saying whether they believe if there is any connection to the murders of the 8 Rhoden Family members in April 2016.
