Pickaway County Commissioner Brian Stewart has taken to his Twitter feed to announce more good economic news for that county. Goodyear is building a 1.2 million square foot facility, creating up to 200 new jobs.
Stewart told iHeart Media News that while complete details are still to be announced, he believes the facility is intended for logistics for storing and shipping Goodyear products.
The site, which is already under construction, is located just south of the Franklin/Pickaway County line near Rickenbacker, off Ashville Pike and State Route 762.
