A Ross County teenager, reported to have runaway from her foster home on Sunday, July 1st has turned herself in to authorities.
Captain Mike Preston with the Ross County Sheriff's Office said Monday that Larra Potts, 15, had turned herself in just before 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 9th.
Potts was reported missing last week after leaving her foster home on Sulphur Lick Road.
