Interns Sought for City Recycling Program


Ohio University Chillicothe and the City of Chillicothe have received a grant to support efforts in the start-up of the City’s Curb Side Recycling Program. The project seeks to hire two paid interns at $12 per hour. Positions are available for a Marketing and Communication Intern as well as an Event Planner and Coordinator Intern. The positions require 10 to 12 hours per week. 


Ohio University-Chillicothe students with academic or professional experience in Communications and/or Marketing have the skill set for the Marketing and Communication position. Those with academic or professional experience in Communications, Marketing, or Environmental Studies would be eligible to apply for the Event Planner position.
