The Healing Power of Horses for those suffering from PTSD will be the topic of a special presentation coming up on August 13th in Ross County. The Sons of American Legion Squadron 62 will host Amanda Held from the the Toledo area organization HOOVES, which stands for Healing of Our Veterans Equine Services.
The presentation will take place at 10am at the farm of Charley and Daisy Black, located at 32505 U.S. 50. Amanda will discuss the different ways horses can bring some relief to veterans with PTSD.
The presentation is free and open to the public and all veterans.
