Chillicothe Post 108 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars is preparing for the observance of their 100th anniversary, which occurs in May of 2019.
VFW Post 108 was started upon the return of troops from World War I in Europe. The Chillicothe post is one of the oldest in the VFW, which began as a national organization right after the Spanish-American War at the turn of the 20th Century.
