The Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle injury crash that occurred on State Route 28 on August 24, 2018, at approximately 2:10 P.M.
A 2000 Hyundai Tiburon, driven by Nathan Dillon, 18, of Frankfort, Ohio, was traveling eastbound on SR-28. Mr. Dillon drifted off the right side of the road before over correcting and crossing the center line. Mr. Dillon drove off the left side of the road, struck a utility pole and overturned multiple times before coming to rest in a bean field.
Mr. Dillon was transported by MedFlight to OSU Wexner Medical Center for his injuries. Mr. Dillon’s injuries sustained from the crash are non-life threatening. Concord Township Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
