The Ross County Sheriff is again looking for a missing teen. Sheriff George Lavender is attempting to locate 13-year-old Kailyn Skaggs. She is 5'3" tall, 115 pounds, long dark brown hair. She was last known to be wearing a long sleeve maroon shirt with a hood, jeans, and flip flops.
Miss Skaggs has ran away before to the Wilmington, Ohio area. She was last seen Tuesday morning when she was dropped off at Paint Valley School.
