The Southern Ohio Storytelling Festival turns 15-years-old as it returns to downtown Chillicothe this Friday and Saturday.
Local organizer Bill McKell lays out the schedule at the Majestic Theatre Courtyard on September 7th and 8th with a free sampler event at Schlegel's Coffee House during a reception Thursday evening.
