H.U.D. Dollars Help Local Housing

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded $98.5 million to 285 local public housing authorities across the country to provide permanent affordable housing to nearly 12,000 additional non-elderly persons with disabilities including $2,050,682 and 424 vouchers to serve 12 Public Housing Agencies in Ohio.


Some of those dollars have been sent to our region of Ohio:

Fayette Metropolitan Housing Authority will receive $108,397

Jackson Co. Metropolitan Housing Authority $70,040
