Caroline Jones is looking ahead to a chapter in her career that offers her “most raw and lyrically honest songwriting to-date.”

Jones, 35, will open up about her newfound perspectives and growth as she balances her life as a mother and as a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (embracing both her solo career and her music with Grammy-winning Zac Brown Band). Jones teamed up with Eric Paslay, Sarah Buxton, Emily Weisband and Liz Rose, to name a few, to bring her 12-track studio record to life, notes a press release issued on Wednesday (November 12). The album will include the single “No Tellin’,” plus the vulnerable ballad “Divorce In A Small Town” and Jones’ empowering anthem, “All The Things.”

“I am thrilled to announce my next album, Good Omen,” Jones said in a statement. “This project has my most raw and empathetic storylines yet, set to a backdrop of rich, dark, bluegrass infused tracks. This being my first album as a mother, I’ve channeled the intense empathy that motherhood affords you, which, it turns out, is a superpower as a songwriter and artist. I collaborated with some amazing new songwriters and musicians on this project, including co-producer Julian Raymond, and cannot wait for folks to hear the stories and the sound that we crafted.”

Good Omen will follow Jones’ most recent studio album, Homesite, which arrived in October 2023. The 11-track project included “Lawless,” “Serendipity,” “Million Little Bandaids” with Zac Brown Band, “Superpower,” “Keep It Safe” with Alyssa Bonagura, “By Way of Sorrow” with Vince Gill and more. Jones’ next chapter will explore “the different shades and colors of life, from darker, messier storylines to lighter messages and themes traditionally seen” in her music. Jones will also kick off her headlining tour — following Zac Brown Band’s highly-anticipated headlining run at Sphere Las Vegas — in early 2026. See the dates below.

Jones will release the title track on Friday (November 14). The song “embodies Caroline’s renewed energy and fresh sound as she poetically sings about finding opportunity for growth in challenging situations,” the press release states. Good Omen will arrive on February 13, 2026.
