Chillicothe Police have made arrests in the Sunday robbery at Chip's Drive Thru.
Detectives arrested 17-year-old Shawn Seymour and 18-year-old Dakota Richards. Both are in custody and are charged with aggravated robbery.
During the course of this investigation, the missing/runaway juvenile- Hali Parsley was found as well.
