(NBC News) -- Ohio Congressman Steve Stivers joined Democrat Ben Ray Lujan of New Mexico in calling for unity among Americans.
New Mexico's Ben Ray Lujan, who is the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chair, and Ohio's Steve Stivers, who is the Republican Congressional Committee chair, appeared together on NBC's Meet the Press in a show of solidarity.
