A young Chillicothe girl will be representing Ohio, and Chillicothe, in the National American Miss Pageant at the end of the month.
In June, six-year-old Jordyn Jones was selected from 69 competitors at the National American Miss Ohio Pageant in Columbus. She competed in the Princess segment of the pageant for children 4 to 6, and will compete in the same division in the national pageant at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
Jordyn is a first grader at Chillicothe Elementary. The National American Miss Pageant runs from November 24th to December 1st.
