Arraignment Dates Set For Rhoden Murder Suspects

All four members of the Wagner family are now scheduled to appear in court for the first time following their arrests for allegedly killing eight people in Pike County.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports Jake Wagner, 26, is set to appear on Tuesday, November 27th; his brother, George Wagner, 27, has an arraignment on Wednesday, November 28th. Their mother, Angela Wagner, 48, has a hearing on Thursday, November 29th; and her husband, Billy Wagner, 47, will be arraigned on Tuesday, December 4th.

At each arraignment, the defendant will enter a plea to the charges, and the judge will set bail.

The Wagners are accused of executing a meticulously-planned attack to wipe out the Rhoden family. If convicted of the murders, the Wagners could face the death penalty.
