(Columbus, OH) -- Newly released data is showing an increase in Central Ohio home sales despite the chilly temperatures.
Numbers put out by Columbus area realtors yesterday show a nearly four percent rise in sales from September to October, making it the second-highest number seen in about 12-years.
Home sales usually drop during the winter months but real estate experts say there are more homes available right now and prices are being lowered as owners try to sell their properties quickly.
