Two people face charges after an incident in Washington Court House on Saturday night. Police said they responded to the 200-block of Florence Street on a fight complaint. According to the incident report, Justin Harr and Paul Penwell were accused of fighting inside the house, causing damage to the residence as a result.
Police said Harr, 45, was charged with criminal damaging, obstructing official business, and disorderly conduct while Penwell, 47, was charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.
