A pretrial hearing for another of the accused in the Pike County Massacre was Thursday.
Edward Jake Wagner appeared in front of Judge Randy Deering and his attorneys discussed allowing Wagner to show up in court in civilian clothes, without restraints.
Wagner is facing eight aggravated murder charges in the shooting deaths of the Rhoden family.
His child's mother was one of the people killed in April 2016 shooting
