State officials say Ohio's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was unchanged from October to November.
The state's unemployment rate remained at 4.6 percent last month. A year ago it was 4.9 percent.
The current national jobless rate is 3.7 percent and was 4.1 percent a year ago.
The state Department of Job and Family Services says Ohio's nonagricultural wage and salary employment increased by 5,200 from October to November, with total employment in the state more than 5.6 million.
Just over a quarter of a million Ohioans are unemployed - 266,000.
