Washington CH City Council heard an update from City Manager Joe Denen on the goal for improvements to the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
"The overall purpose of the project would be able to treat all the water that comes to the Waste Water Treatment Plant, give it full, complete treatment, even in wet weather," said Denen.
Denen anticipated the construction project to span between 2 and 3 years. He said that the project has a lengthy timeline due to the fact that the plant must be in operation while improvements are being made.
Council will meet next on Wednesday, February 13th, at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
