Highland County Sheriff Donnie Barrera reports that 40-year-old James Carver of New Vienna has been charged with the shooting death of Heather Camp, who was left at Adena Greenfield Medical Center Tuesday.
Carver was on parole in Missouri at the time of the shooting.
Carver was taken into custody by the FBI violent Crimes Task Force and Dayton Police after information led investigators to the Dayton area.
He has been charged in Hillsboro Municipal Court with murder and tampering with evidence, and will be arraigned Monday, February 25th.
