Clarksburg Man Arrested after Allegedly Waving Gun in Bar Parking Lot

A Clarksburg man was arrested on multiple charges after alleging brandishing a firearm in the parking lot of a bar. According to a report from the Washington Court House Police Department, Cole A. Wagner, 27, is accused of waving a handgun in the parking lot of Winkin Willy's Bar on Delaware Street.

The report indicates Wagner was stopped while leaving the area in a vehicle just after 1 a.m., Saturday. Wagner allegedly refused to identify himself and to exit the vehicle.

Authorities said Wagner was extracted from the vehicle and charged with misdemeanor charges including obstructing, resisting arrest, and inducing panic.
