Eight times each year, the Chillicothe Lions Club places flags in front of Chillicothe businesses to celebrate holidays.

New Lions President Neil Seniff says "we've had some businesses change hands and we got some openings now, we used to have flags that aren't there any more and we'd like to cover Paint and Main street in red white and blue, and would like to invite any business that doesn't have a flag to get a hold of me or Mike Hathaway."

Seniff says They also offer free of charge to display flags for local veteran' funerals.
