Second-half real estate tax payments for Ross County are due Friday, July 12th. With the due date quickly approaching, County Treasurer Steve Neal, Jr. is reminding taxpayers that missing the deadline will mean paying more. Ohio law requires the treasurer to charge a 10% penalty on all payments received after the due date except for payments that are postmarked by the due date.

Taxpayers are asked to contact the treasurer’s office if they have changed their mailing address or have not yet received their bill. Taxpayers who receive a separate manufactured home statement have until July 31ST to complete those payments.
