A portion of State Route 785 in Highland County is now closed for a three-day slide repair project.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, State Route 785 has been closed between its junctions with Fairfax Road and Parr Road to allow crews to repair a slide at the 0.85 mile marker.

The closure went into effect this morning, Wednesday, September 11th, and will continue through this Friday, September 13th, or until all work is complete.

In the meantime, motorists are being detoured by way of State Route 207 and State Route 73.
