The Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is reporting a fatal crash in Pike County from late Monday morning, October 28th.
According to a release issued Monday afternoon, the Patrol said it is investigating the crash which took place around 11:20 a.m. along State Route 772.
The Patrol reports that Jason Rose, 45, of Piketon, had been traveling northbound along State Route 772 when his 2007 Ford Focus veered off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree near Camp Creek Road.
Mr. Rose was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Pike County Coroner.
