The Chillicothe Police Department is reporting that officers were dispatched to a Western Avenue bank on Thursday in regard to a suspicious person.

Police Captain Ron Meyers said officers responded to the Wesbanco along Chillicothe’s Western Avenue Thursday afternoon but was unable to provide any additional detail.

The Sergeant on duty said there is no concern to the public at this time.
