Ross County’s Easy Rider Rodeo will return for the 2020 Labor Day weekend following a close vote by board members for the Ross County Agricultural Society on Wednesday.

According to Ag Society Board Secretary Mary Ludwick, the renewal of the rodeo’s contract passed by a vote of 9-8, with an option for two more years. The renewal had been in doubt due to concerns raised by the County Sheriff over costs and his office's ability to provide deputies.

The matter will need to be taken up again next year.
