If you are a Ross County and or SVC high school basketball fan, you will want to be looking for a new book due out this December.

Adena High School Principal Josh Jones has written a book called The Scioto Valley Conference and Ross County Basketball Record Book, due out in mid December.

Some of the records Jones found, date all the way back to 1917 and goes to the 2018-19 school year.

Josh says the book will be dedicated in honor of the late David McMillen, former news/sports writer and a lover of local high school sports history. Jones says while this book is only about SVC and Ross County high school basketball, but there is a sequel planned for local track & field history and possibly even more later on.

Proceeds from the book will be donated to the Scioto Valley Conference.
